Repserve vs Eurodev: Which Fits Your Expansion?

By Alan McDonald · 19 October 2026

Choose Eurodev if you are a North American company that wants a managed sales team in Europe; choose Repserve if you want one experienced local rep, part-time, in Europe or anywhere else, with a budget you set yourself. Both help B2B companies sell in new markets, but they are built differently.

We are Repserve, so read this with that in mind. Every Eurodev detail below comes from eurodev.com, checked in October 2026.

When is Eurodev the better choice?

  • You are a US or Canadian company and Europe is your only target.
  • You want a managed team rather than one person, with a weekly update call and a structured introductory programme.
  • You also want to employ staff in Europe without setting up an entity, through Eurodev's employer-of-record service.

When is Repserve the better choice?

  • Your target is outside Europe, or you want Europe and the Middle East, Asia or the Americas at the same time.
  • You want to choose the individual: you see anonymised profiles of screened candidates, and a Repserve manager arranges and attends the first meeting.
  • You want to start small. A 25% fractional BDM gives you 40 client-facing hours a month from someone already selling in your sector.
  • You want to control cost. You set the monthly budget when you post your request, and posting is free.
  • You need a specific role rather than a full team, such as an appointment setter for a sales trip or event staff for a trade show.

Can I use both?

Yes. Some companies use a managed team in their main region and a fractional rep to test a second market. If you are unsure which model fits, book a free consultation and we will tell you honestly, even if the answer is a team like Eurodev's.
