The benefit of engaging a Repserve BDM is that you can decide how much time per month to employ them (in increments of 25%). The sales expert is contracted to you on an annual basis. You are fully involved in the interview process, beginning with shortlisting from CVs and our internal vetting process, followed by face-to-face or virtual interviews.
There will be a six-month probationary period to ensure you are satisfied with your BDM with quarterly reviews throughout. Repserve can provide monthly activity statements of your BDM's movements, appointments, and allocation of time.
The days your Repserve BDM works for you need not be consecutive, securing even greater flexibility to more effectively cover the region and serve the needs of your customers. Annual and sick leave will be included pro-rata.
Repserve's management team is in place to provide an added level of supervision and accountability for your BDM to ensure they are locally supported and fully operational.
While the base salary is paid monthly, Repserve BDMs are free to negotiate their quarterly commissions directly with you.
Should you employ your Repserve BDM for less than 100% allocation, we guarantee the other clients for whom they work will be complementary—never a competing brand. Our policy is to conduct these arrangements with full disclosure, so we will inform you of the client list in advance of an agreement.
While Repserve was founded to provide the flexibility for companies to onboard a sales expert for permanent shared-time engagement, we know the ease of doing business and reduced operating costs Repserve offers is very appealing. Thus, many clients leverage Repserve's services to employ team members on a 'full-time' basis in one or more markets.
Many of our clients are based in countries with restrictive and difficult HR policies. These policies are rightly protective of employees but can also be extremely challenging to navigate when nonperformance occurs or austerity measures are needed. To solve for this, Repserve offers the option to lease BDMs on a 100%-allocation basis. Fees come out of their monthly operating expenses instead of an HR or capital budget without adhering to the same restrictions on policy.
The benefits of 100% allocation through Repserve are clear. Clients can maintain a direct reporting line with their BDM and RSM at all times. The perception in the marketplace and within the organization is that companies have employed someone directly in the region, but clients have the advantage of a six-month probationary term and Repserve's local RSM(s), along with a network of other BDMs,. to provide a sense of team.
Repserve's focus is on providing sales people for international B2B companies. With that said, we have clients who choose to employ remote designers, project managers, or home-based SMEs and though Repserve. We discuss and evaluate each opportunity on a case-by-case basis before engagement.
