Best Fractional Sales Rep Companies for International Expansion (2026)

By Alan McDonald · 19 October 2026

The best fractional or outsourced sales rep company depends on where you want to sell: Eurodev and Aexus focus on Europe, Asia Market Entry and Intralink on Asia, and Repserve, Transaction Focus and Expandeers cover many regions. The bigger difference is the model: some firms build you a managed sales team, while others give you a share of one experienced local rep's time.

We are Repserve, so we are not neutral. We have kept this list factual: every detail below comes from each company's own website, checked in October 2026. None of these firms, including Repserve's competitors, publishes its prices.

How do these companies differ?

Managed team or individual rep. Eurodev, Transaction Focus and Aexus build and manage a sales team for you. Aexus, for example, assigns a business development manager, a backup manager and a sales director to each client. Repserve and Asia Market Entry focus on placing one experienced seller in the market part-time.

One region or many. Eurodev covers Europe and Asia Market Entry covers Asia, which gives them depth in those regions. Repserve, Transaction Focus, Intralink, Altios and Expandeers work across several continents.

Sales only or full set-up. Expandys and Altios also handle company formation, accounting, payroll and recruitment. Eurodev offers employer-of-record services. Repserve focuses on sales roles: fractional BDMs, lead generators, appointment setters, digital marketers, distributor hunters and trade show representatives.

How you pay. Aexus states a low retainer plus commission. Expandeers states a fixed monthly retainer with an optional success fee. On Repserve, you set your own monthly budget when you post a request, and posting is free. The others do not say.

How do I choose the right one?

  1. Start with the market. If you only need Germany or Japan, a regional specialist may know it better. If you need three countries on two continents, look at multi-region providers.
  2. Decide how much help you need. A full team with a sales director suits a large launch. A 25% fractional BDM, which is 40 hours a month on Repserve, suits testing a market before you commit.
  3. Ask about exclusivity. Find out how many other clients your rep serves and whether any compete with you. Repserve professionals serve at most three clients and never two competitors.
  4. Ask for real numbers. Ask each firm for meetings booked, pipeline created and time to first deal for a client like you. Aexus, for example, says first deals often come within four to five months.
  5. Check the exit terms. Aexus, for example, states 30 days' notice; ask every provider for its minimum term. Shorter terms reduce your risk while you test a market.
