Your BDM's time will be spread throughout the month, not limited to consecutive days. You only pay for the time you need.
Our BDMs work mostly from home or a mobile office—you do not pay for a dedicated office space. You also do not pay for company registration, accommodation, insurance, or visa renewals.
Repserve fees, including your BDM's salary, are variable depending upon market location and experience. Contingent on the market and BDM, costs start at $1,800 per month.
Repserve provides options for acquiring additional time from your BDM, making it easy to adapt to increased momentum.
If you need your BDM for a few extra days on a casual basis, you will be invoiced a daily per diem rate to compensate the BDM's other client(s) as well as cover administration costs.
If you need to increase the terms of engagement from 25% to 50% (or other) allocation, this will be subject to your BDM's availability. Should they be have the additional time to accommodate with interest in representing you further in the market, we will simply increase their time allocation with you.
Should the BDM be fully engaged with other clients for their remaining time, an additional BDM can be retained for the increase. This structure offers you a team for the cost of one BDM with territorial reporting and/or a chain of command,
Repserve BDM applicants are first put through a multi-stage interview process to vet their credentials and suitability prior to us moving the top candidates forward for your consideration.
Once fully engaged, Repserve management will conduct weekly meetings with your BDM to ensure we're on track to deliver results based on your KPIs and quarterly goals. We'll have a monthly call with you and your BDM together, along with an activity reporting system, to review progress.
If we are not seeing expected results, it would quickly become apparent and be rectified at no additional cost to you. We value every client relationship and take satisfaction seriously.
New BDMs all serve a six-month probationary period, making the process risk-free—you are not locked into long-term commitments at the onset of the business relationship.

Not only are many of these costs terribly expensive, you're looking at paying an exorbitant amount year on year to maintain the your physical presence in the region, often capping the global expansion efforts to one additional country.
