Repserve provide professional Business Development Managers (Reps) in new markets at a fraction of the cost of a normal salary. They will be trained by you, answer to you, represent you, operating in your target market as your 'boots on the ground' with the support and oversight of the Repserve management.

You could choose to employ your representative for just 1 or 2 weeks a month, giving you even greater flexibility as you develop your new market. Our Reps have a maximum of 3 clients to ensure you get the focus you deserve. They will have experience in the market and existing client relationships so you are filling your pipeline from the start.

Part time contracts come with a guarantee and full disclosure that the representative will not be working for competing brands. Your representative will be a full time employee of Repserve contracted to you for an agreed number of weeks per month, on an annual basis.

There will be a six month probation period to ensure that you are satisfied with your Rep, with quarterly reviews. Repserve will provide you monthly activity statements of your Rep's movements, appointments and allocation of time. The days your Repserve Rep is working for you need not be consecutive to give you even greater flexibility to better serve the needs of your clients and your business.
